This database registers research papers published in academic journals, etc. and presentations at scientific conferences by NIRS researchers.

The database covers the papers that have been published,including oral presentations, since the National Institute of Radiological Sciences was restarted as an independent administrative institution in April, 2001 and is upgraded on a weekly basis. For the data before 31 March 2001,please refer to the Annual Reports.

Find by the following search keys.


1. Title: Search by the title of the publication or oral presentation.
2. Author or Oral Presenter: Search by the name of the author or oral presenter or the names of the co-authors.
(If the names of mulitiple authors or presenters are entered and delimited by a space,the data containing all of the names will be retrieved).
3. Year of Publication: Search by the year in four numeric characters.
4. Name of Publication: Search by the name of the journal, book and other publication.
5. Keywords: Only selected papers and presentations have keywords.
6. Summary: The abstract or summary is registered in selected papers.
7. Type of Publication: Search by the type of publication or presentation. Each of the registered data falls under either of the following types.
Original papers, proceedings, literature/research/technical/investigative reports, books, review, commmentary/introductory article, oral presentation, and poster.
